A little About Me and This Blog

Yes, that would be me. I'm a freshman at Purdue University majoring in Elementary Education. I'm making this blog for my EDCI 270 class. It's an educational technology for teaching and learning class. As you can already see, my topic for the class is hurricanes. So all of my posts are going to be about how hurricanes form, facts, aftermath of hurricanes, and how people can help. It's probably going to be random since I am new to "blogging."

Hello,

I'm an Elementary Education major. My topic for this class is hurricanes. I have always been interested in natural disasters and storm chasers, so I thought hurricanes would be a good theme. Hurricanes seem to be the most disasterous to the Unites States lately. Katrina especially. My grandparents live in Florida, which scares me because hurricanes are a threat to them.
